Let your taste buds recall the flavor of a great steak from a great steakhouse.  Our Angus herd, a bred of cattle known for their meat marbling qualities, originated west of Junction City, Kansas in the 1920s.  Since then, Munson Beef has been sold at the legendary Kansas City Stock Yards and more recently to Tyson, formerly Iowa Beef Processing (IBP), in Emporia, Kansas.  Over 95% of Munson Beef grades as choice or prime and a large percentage of Munson Beef has earned the elite Certified Angus Beef label.  Munson Beef is pleased to introduce gourmet beef products that your family and friends will enjoy in the comfort of your own home.  At Munson Beef, we hand select our finest ranch raised, pure bred Black Angus steers from our own Geary County cow/calf herd, which are "corn fed" on our own grain until their processing date at the Clay Center Locker Plant.  Munson Beef is then carefully "slow natural aged" a full 2 weeks, cut, and trimmed to create gourmet meat products with a robust flavor that you won't find in ordinary beef!  Finally, our team hand inspects each cut to ensure that the quality of our end product is outstanding in everyway, from our ranch to your fork.  Taste the difference!
