Bone-in Roasts:    Arm and Chuck Roasts (cut 2 to 3 lbs.) both include the bone have an outstanding flavor when slow cooked. 

Boneless Roasts:   Pikes Peak (cut 3 to 4 lbs.), Rolled Rump (cut 4 to 5 lbs.), Inside Round, and Eye of Round are boneless roasts that can be carved with flare while serving.  Round Roast is the perfect choice for large parties and banquets.
